The Life Insurance/Mortgage Protection "LeadResponse" leads are generated by homeowners age 25-45. The prospects have requested that they would like to receive information on protecting their mortgage and/or life insurance via various advertising and direct mail sources that were sent to their home. They have also provided income and home value information. Leads are based within a 3-10 mile radius of your home or business zip code except for rural areas. The Final Expense/Senior Life "LeadResponse" leads are generated by homeowners age 59-76. The prospects have requested that they would like to receive information on Life Insurance and/or Final Expense coverage via various advertising and direct mail sources that were sent to their home. They have also provided income and home value information. Leads are based within a 3-10 mile radius of your home or business zip code except for rural areas. The Medicare Supplement "LeadResponse" leads are generated by homeowners age 64-76. The prospects have requested that they would like to receive information on Medicare Supplements via various advertising and direct mail sources that were sent to their home. They have also provided income and home value information. Leads are based within a 3-10 mile radius of your home or business zip code except for rural areas. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE 20 WEEKLY “LEADRESPNOSE LEADS" ARE MEANT TO BE A SUPPLEMENT TO THE 15 LEAD SYSTEMS (DESCRIBED BELOW) IN THE "MEMBER" PACKAGE. YOU SHOULD ALSO IMPLEMENT SOME OF THESE OTHER LEAD PROGRAMS TO INCREASE YOUR SUCCESS.
1. I use people in my local area to work for my company from their home to provide us with qualified leads by doing insurance and annuity related surveys. I do this through a unique recruiting ad and job description. I have developed this to attract good, responsible people to work for me. I have ways to place the recruiting ad for free and/or less than $10. When I place the ad, I usually receive about 25-50 calls from job applicants. They also pay me a $10.00 application deposit fee before I allow them to begin calling to weed out the people who are not serious about working. The best part is it costs me nothing to hire them, nothing to train them, and I only pay them a small referral amount if they generate a survey lead that results in a SALE for me. 2. I provide them information gathering survey scripts to generate leads for me. The scripts they use are designed in a survey format. People are more willing to give us information this way. It has taken me years to develop these scripts to work properly. It easily gets the person to want to talk to us and give us information. This increases the number of quality leads I get. I have one script for life and/or health leads, one for annuity leads, one for Medicare supplement/LTC leads and one for auto/home leads. I only receive leads where the customer has requested a quote or wants to buy AND has agreed to being contacted by me to provide the quote or would like an appointment. PLEASE NOTE*- This is NOT telemarketing; it is survey work and is generally considered not subject to the "DO NOT CALL” list or state telemarketing laws because certain types of surveys are exempt. If concerned, you can consider purchasing a list of names that have been scrubbed against the do not call list. In addition, you can also use the survey system to call businesses. 3. I provide my survey workers with a list of prospect's names, addresses and phone numbers to call that cost me $0. I have found a place that provides me, at no charge, lists of local people or businesses to call. The list includes prospect's name, complete address, and telephone number. However, when I am calling for LTC or annuity leads I will sometimes need to use a more targeted list of people over 65. I have found a very low cost source for doing this, less than $65.00 per thousand. Since my survey workers are calling from their home, I do not have any phone bills. 4. I prepare a quote or comparison based on the exact request from the client. I set the appointment and write the application. Since the survey lead has provided me with the exact details of what the client wants, I can easily prepare a quote or comparison. I call the client who is waiting for my call. I set an appointment or I will take an application over the telephone. I use several companies that have allowed me the ability to take a life or health application right over the phone. I do not do LTC applications, P&C applications or annuities over the phone. Since this program has the ability to produce more leads then you can handle, you can consider recruiting a few agents in your area to work some of these leads. This is a great way to build up your own agency if that is your goal. If you are a sales manager, it is a great way to get leads for your sales team. The "MEMBER" package includes the recruiting ad I use to find people to work for me along with where I place those ads for free or little cost. The job description and application form I use to get people to immediately sign up to work on a referral basis for me and pay a $10.00 application deposit fee. The four scripts. The form my lead generators use to fill out and fax or e-mail to me as soon as they generate a lead. The instruction pages I give to my lead generators that explain in detail how to do their job. Where I get my free list of local names and addresses for my lead generators to call. Also, my low cost source for names and phone numbers. The list of companies that allow me to take applications over the phone or on-line and instruction pages on how to get all this up and running immediately. This is my favorite program. I was given this idea from an agent who writes $5 million in annuity sales each year. I use a VERY unique ad in low cost publications or weekly local newspapers. I am attracting mainly prospects that have larger sums in mutual funds, annuities and CD's. The trick here is the ad I run and what I say when they call. There are also certain steps that I take that have allowed me to get an appointment with over 30% of them. We will personally train you on exactly how to do this.
In my 15+ years in the business, nothing has worked better than having a prospect pick up the phone and call me off one of my ads. 75% of my business comes from this. When a prospect calls you, they are usually motivated and have a high interest level. In addition, I do not hear the "I don't remember sending anything in" excuse when they call like you get with most every other type of lead out there.
The "MEMBER" Package includes the program description, the ad I run and how this all works to help get you large annuity commissions. This system was developed from a combination of several of the other lead systems. I am a big believer in two things. First, having prospects call you for an appointment or for information and second, providing them with several different concepts and ideas to find a hot button with them. The idea here is to run a low cost ad and have them call an 800 number to request a free booklet. This ad is designed to target anyone who owns an Annuity, CD or IRA. The free booklet will give them a description of different topics and concerns about their money. Different potential hot buttons are covered in the booklet. The booklet will point out potential problems with their current investment and briefly describe the solution and get them to want to meet with you. The solutions will include purchasing a financial product, annuity, LTC, life insurance or a combination. I also send them an introduction letter with the booklet that includes a reply card that they can send back to tell me exactly what they are interested in. A couple important things to point out that make this system work. First, the ad I use and the way it is worded. Second, the certain types of low cost publications I put the ad in to attract prospects with money. Third, using a service that offers an 800 number that will play a recorded message and can capture the caller’s phone number for me. Fourth, how I handle the delivery of the booklets to the prospect. This is a very important step to help me increase my appointment ratio. Fifth, sending an introduction letter and reply card with the booklet that gives the prospect a choice of how to contact me. Finally, the 4-page booklet that is short, but sweet with attention getting headlines and topics. This increases the odds that they will actually read it. The "MEMBER" Package includes the ad I run, the booklet I send and the introduction letter with reply card I send with the booklet. You can edit the booklet and introduction letter to put in your name, address, phone number or make any changes you feel necessary. You can also replace some of the articles or add other topics of interest. This program is designed to get qualified prospects to call you. This is simple to do and is extremely effective. Most high producers get their leads using this type of program. These free reports are also good for handing out to your current clients to help increase your annuity, life and long term care production and to generate more leads. The idea is to run a disturbing ad to motivate a prospect to call you for free information on a solution. You then send them a free report on the topic then follow up with a call to get an appointment. Sounds simple, but you need to use an effective ad to get people to call and have something to send them that will motivate the prospect to set an appointment with you. I use 4 ads and they have all generated many calls and sales for me. By the way, these are the same reports those so called "annuity and long term care marketers" try to sell you for $1000. Don't bother wasting your money. I have the reports and the ads and I will save you a thousand dollars or more. "The six most common mistakes made by annuity investors" I put together a newsletter to distribute to the public. However, you can customize it to target prospects under 65 or business owners. I have been mailing the newsletters out, placing them in recreation centers and placing them as inserts in local publications. People tend to read this kind of material. I have received a decent response from the newsletter. The idea is to throw a lot of ideas at the person reading the newsletter hoping that something will grab their attention. When prospects call me off this, I set an appointment to provide them with more details. If they are serious, they will set an appointment. The "MEMBER" Package includes the newsletter I use and shows you how to edit the newsletter to put in your name and phone number or make any changes you feel necessary. You can also replace some of the articles if you want to include other topics of interest. This program is designed to increase your life sales. Forget about those long life presentations and illustrations. It takes me ten minutes to sell a life policy. I simply use this one-page brochure to get prospects to purchase life insurance, disability insurance and a savings program from me all at once. This is great for term conversion sales too. This brochure also increases the amount of premium I end up selling to the client. I will also use this brochure to hand out to business owners for themselves or their employees to buy through payroll deduction. I use some of my people to call business owners to set appointments for this program. This is a daytime activity and is an easy way to get life sales and to get in front of business owners who can afford higher premium life policies. It is an easy appointment to set and a quick simple presentation. If you are selling mortgage insurance, use this system to sell life insurance during the day and spend your nights with your family and loved ones instead of being out late at night. The "MEMBER" Package includes the brochure plus the script for calling business owners. If you like to sell life insurance, but have trouble getting in the door, then this is for you. How would you like to be able to provide a non-insurance service to homeowners and also sell them life insurance to cover their mortgage? How would you like to have people asking YOU to come to their home? Plus, make money with or without selling them insurance. No, this is not one of those college scholarship programs or bi-weekly mortgage programs. It is a program designed to help homeowners possibly receive money back on their mortgage. I simply place an ad in local penny saver and thrifty nickel newspapers for about $8 a piece to advertise this program. When they call, I set an appointment with them to see if they qualify. NO life license is required to offer this service. The "MEMBER" Package includes all the details on this program. How I get the leads. How I get the appointment. How I provide the service and how I sell life insurance to these prospects. If you need big life sales or if you have a client who has an annuity, then this is a simple and easy program to do. I use a simple two page presentation to show prospects the advantages to rolling over their annuity or CD into a great single premium whole life product. These are very easy sales to make and can produce a large commission. You can use any SPWL product. I have also placed a small inexpensive ad that attracts current SPWL owners. The "MEMBER" Package includes the two-page presentation I use, the ad I run and the product I use for this program. I have been using this idea since I started in the business. I use this letter in two ways. First, it is a great direct mail piece or flyer that will generate many leads. Since there are many topics and choices for the prospect to respond to for information, I can send this out to anyone.
The second thing I use this for is to give to every single person I have an appointment with or mail information to. It is a great way to provide your client or prospect with a list of what services you can provide. I also like to hand these out with my business card to people I meet. You will be surprised at the number of leads this will generate for you by letting people know what services and products you offer. The "MEMBER" Package includes the exact letter I use and shows you how to customize it for your company and products. I put together a one page flyer to fax to local business owners to generate life and health insurance leads. I now have my secretary fax out about 50 of these a week when she has free time. I also have found a very simple way to get many local fax numbers for businesses. This program is just another simple idea to keep those leads flowing in.

This is very simple to learn and can generate a good residual income. This program can also lead to many other sales including life and health insurance with the prospect. I use some of my workers to call business owners for daytime appointments for this program. I give a quick 5 minute presentation to the business owner.

This is a simple and very effective program to get appointments with IRA holders to explain the benefits of stretching their IRAs to future generations. Most IRA holders are not aware of the potential benefits of this tax strategy. IRAs can be a great source of rollovers to annuities. I find IRA holders through small ads and pre-call letters. The response rate is high because of the unique wording of the ads and pre-call letters. This gives me a great opportunity to also discuss with them life insurance protection.
