Plus, we take care of all the contracting paperwork for you. If you want to recruit or grow your agency or IMO, you need to make it simple for yourself, offer something of value to the agent and make it easy for the agents to join. The easiest way to do this is through an effective recruiting and on-line contracting website. There are many ways to drive agents to your site using the internet and more. We will be glad to show you how to do it.

You will receive your own personalized version of the same website we use to recruit and contract agents. All you need to do is have your potential agents go to your personal recruiting website. They can view the contracting promotions and contract right on-line. We have even designed the website to give them an incentive to contract AND write their first case with you.

Here is the best part. The site we provide to you is almost an exact replica of the site you are on now however it will have your name and contact information on it. Your website will include both the "GENERAL AGENT" Package AND "PRODUCING AGENT" Package offers including the on-line contracting feature. It will NOT include the "IMO/AGENCY" Package offer.

We will provide you a list of insurance agents locally or nationwide on a monthly basis (Up to 1000 per month). You can use the list to call or send out direct mail campaigns for recruiting. We currently have access to over 1 million insurance agents in the database. We will also provide you telemarketing scripts along with proven mailers. We will also show you how to send out direct mail campaigns with business reply cards directly from your computer.
4. Top Managing General Agent Commission Levels on MOST Life Insurance Products and Annuity Products.
The "IMO/AGENCY" Package offers you access to non-captive/no production required appointments with above street level commission from many of our major carriers. There is NO cut in commissions with these contracts. You will also be able to earn overrides on your contracted agents. You have the ability to contract in ALL states except NY. However, you must obtain a non-residence license in any state that you recruit agents outside you resident state unless it is not required by that state.

Commission overrides vary depending on the type of contract you are offering your agents. If you want to offer the top general agent contract to your agents then your overrides can run from 5%-15% of the Annualized life premium and .25-1.50% of the annuity premium. (See page 5 for more details). You always have the option to provide them with a lower contract level and earn an even larger override. As your agency or IMO production grows, you can qualify for a higher contract or get involved in our bonus program.

As an example
1. You recruit 100 agents. Usually 20%-25% will write business.
2. 20 agents each submit two life cases this month. Average life case size is $800 per year in life premium.
3. 5 agents each submit one annuity case this month, average annuity case size is $75,000 in annuity premium.
4. 2 life cases each x $800 in life premium x 20 agents = $32,000 total life premium x 10% override = $3,200 in life override income for the month.
5. 1 annuity case each x $75,000 in annuity premium x 5 agents = $375,000,000 total annuity premium x .50% override = $1,875 in annuity override income for the month.
 6. You would have earned $5,075 for the month. Now imagine if you had 50 agents a month writing business!

As you can see, owning your own agency or marketing organization can be very profitable. We have built up ours to over 2500 agents in 3 short years. All you need to do is use the same tools that are working for us and build your organization.
