You understand that to participate in the lead programs, you must first contract with or transfer an existing contract with one of our listed annuity carriers on page 3 to "NALS" AND MUST submit at least ONE app with that carrier(s) through "NALS" to participate. You understand that you are an independent contractor and that your commissions are paid directly from the insurance carriers.
